9/6/24 purchased a 48 month protection plan for my 2023 570 Ranger SP Premium, come to find out I had financed a 48 month protection plan all ready when I bought my Ranger so I canceled the protection plan through Polaris on the same day it was purchased 9/6/24, Polaris said I have to wait 7-10 business days before I can receive a refund well here it is 9/20/24 (10) business days later still get the run around sorry this sorry that we will give you a call back and find out what's going on said I have to wait 1-3 business days for a call back, I am starting legal proceedings as of 9am CST Monday morning 9/23/24 no one at Polaris seems to know where my refund is and only one lady works in the refund department yeah whatever, no complaints from the machine just stay clear of doing business with Polaris Corporate very unprofessional folks.

Don't buy a polaris , I bought my son a 2023 polaris outlaw 110 , this thing maybe have 15 hours on it and the transmission has qernaided . 6 month warranty on a brand new Kids atv. I purchased a "name brand " atv and I'll tell you what you'd be better off buying Chinese. I've come to the conclusion polaris sells garbage, . I do not recommend polaris . Buy a Yamaha Honda kawie suz can am , any thing but this garbage polaris is selling

Had a 2022 Polaris boost. Had 5 Polaris in 7 years. Was in the shop 12 times in one season over multiple issues they couldn’t pinpoint. Polaris Corporate wouldn’t help and told me “if you want something reliable, go buy a skidoo, pal”. Bought a 2024 Skidoo Expert Turbo and couldn’t be happier! After that I talked 8 riding buddies into ditching their snow checks and buying Skidoos. Glad Polaris lost almost $200k from us this season and will move repeat customers to Skidoo 🙂 thanks Michael! We wouldn’t have switched without you!!

I bought a 2022 Sportsman 570 in August to plow my two long driveways. I have less than 5 hours on the machine. On 11/07/2022 I received a "do not drive" notice of recall (A-22-04). My dealer informed me he can't fix it until Polaris tells him what parts he needs. Polaris informed me that "as soon as we know" they will notify me to take it to my dealer. What kind of horrible engineering department (which you cannot talk to) knows what the problem is but doesn't know how to fix it. The only response I received after contacting Polaris is that they "do not offer a buyback program", after I asked if I could return the machine. I paid $12,000 cash for this machine and now it is a useless paperweight taking up space in my garage. Live and learn. Should have financed through Polaris and resumed payments IF/when it ever gets fixed. I'd sell it and buy another brand but who would buy a brand that has so many recalls and doesn't fix them? Never again Polaris

I purchased a 2023 Polaris ultimate. With all the add ons and tracks and plow I have $50,000 invested in the machine. I got to ride for three weeks and received a stop ride from Polaris. Nobody can tell me when a fix will be out for it. DON'T BUY A POLARIS! No sort of compensation or a loaner. I have had to cancel a few trips. Canam is the way to go! I believe Polaris knew about this before I purchased the machine.

Starting to lose interest in this company and their products. At this point, I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars fixing design flaws that should have been recalls in their machines. But when I call to cancel an order I made TWELVE hours ago, not possible. Now the price of shipping and return shipping does makes it unreasonable to return the product and I am stuck with it. You’d think with all the other issues Polaris owners have to put up with, they could at least make a freaking order cancellation. Just think how you’d feel if your Chevy or Ford gave you major issues at less than 2,000 miles… STEP IT UP POLARIS. This situation is pathetic all the way around. Thinking my next ride will be a Can-Am.

2021 outlaw leaked oil from the crankshaft seal. It was out of warranty after 6 months. 432 to fixed a brand new 4 wheeler with less than 15 hours that was only rode in the neighborhood and it was fully governed. Once I explained the situation, I was told the following. That I need to read the manuel and policies that Polaris has set forth. There would be no reimbursed. That it clearly states that there at a are solely designed to be driven off road only. 2019 I bought a ranger crew and June 2022 I bought a Ranger full size crew. I am done with Polaris and will never buy there products again. I had a 6 year used Chinese produced product that last 3 years with no issues. Think I will go with that product next time. Don’t waste your money and save the stress. Buy a Honda, CanAm, Kwasaki, or a Yamaha.

I have ridden offroad vehicles for the majority of my life. I have developed a physical issue that now keeps me from getting on the trails. I fortunately found an air conditioned polaris unit that would keep me cool enough to get me back into my sport. Unfortunately for me, I placed my order at one of the worst times ever (shortages considered). Its been several months and its very hard to determine when the unit will be available.

I write this review not to complain, but rather to say thank you to the Polaris customer service department. I dont think the customer service department can do anything about the long lead times, BUT they have gone out of their way to try to accommodate customers and make them feel like they matter!

I have spent a small fortune with a competitors brand and cant tell you that i have been this grateful for just attempting to help.

Anyhow, I understand Polaris is working hard through the shortage crisis.. but I thank the customer service department (Brain) for going that extra mile to help its customer base with the things we call about.
