I have been going to Autocare Repair for the past few years and must say these guys do not disappoint. I’ve had extensive work done on my Audi A1; bolts, valves, gasket, water pump, time chain, fuel pressure sensor, coils, spark plugs, THE LOT!! (particularly as they have Audi experts).

They have ensured I am notified each step of the way with what is happening and needs to happen to my car, always providing the history and invoices of all the work. They honestly go out of their way to provide the best service and even just to advise their customers out of genuine care. I have recommended them to friends and family over the years and their feedback has only confirmed what I have seen and my great experiences. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their car repaired or MOT’d. Thanks again to Jorge and the team who have looked after me so well!!

I recently had my car repaired, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work! I was really stressed as my Audi A3 would not go into gear I called up and they arranged for me to be recovered within an hour !!! From the moment I walked into the shop, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle and the repair process, which gave me great confidence in their expertise.

Top garage and good price they’ve so far sorted my bmw 535d EGR, DPF gearbox oil change! My BMW m4 gearbox change with a new upgraded oil cooler, also they do my family and friends cars they managed to sort out my dads Porsche cayenne when not even Porsche could fix! Top blokes

Very knowledgeable and hardworking for the customers. Took time and patience to investigate everything and fixed our camper van's automatic gearbox and made sure it was roadworthy again. Didn't encounter any issues afterwards. Will come back again for maintenance and for other cars. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this garage, especially after being a loyal customer for the past four years. I always dealt with the same person in charge, so I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management or ownership recently, but I dealt with the new person.

I was charged £240 for a full service, but when I followed up to ask what had actually been checked, I was told that all filters, the oil changed, breakshad been inspected. Additionally, I had an airbag light that was on, and I was informed they had reset it. However, after visiting a different garage for a second opinion, I discovered that all they never looked at the rear brakes or reset the airbag. I ended up spending another £320

I couldn't be more disappointed with the lack of transparency and service. I will not be returning to this garage
