So I’ve been coming here since 2013 when I first moved to the UK. First for a hand car wash and then for bodywork on my car (Porsche). After I stopped going to the dealership for service, Belgravia Garage has been keeping her in tip top shape, via annual maintenance and MOT, new tyres et al. I highly recommend them! I recently bought a car from Belgravia Garage and from start to finish the whole process was extremely professional, simple and efficient. I took my car to this mechanic if I could call them like that, I took the car for a charging system test, (battery gets drained after two or three days) and to repair the dashboard, neither were fixed. The answer was the battery was ok, which I replied that I knew that because I fitted a new one a week before and I kept it disconnected to avoid a flat battery. The dashboard was let’s say put together better than it was but as you can see on the pictures one side panel was left loose, is appalling to see such a disregard and unprofessional way of conduct themselves and also I told them about a relay that was getting hot, they left the relay untouched so all in all a very bad experience and I am giving one star just because it seems they washed the car.
All in all a £180 it does not seem too expensive but to consider nothing was done or halfway done is appalling.
Avoid this place at all cost.

I have used Belgravia Garage many times. I have had many dealings with Anita who works in the main office. I have found her to be incredibly helpful, any issues have been dealt with in a friendly professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble for Anita. Always happy to help in anyway she can, full of great advice. She really does make the whole experience easy and really works hard to put you at ease when anything goes wrong with your car. I can’t say enough good things about her. The service I have received from her and the rest of the staff was first rate and I would highly recommend Belgravia Garage for all your motoring needs.
