I've just being to Car City and Josef was so friendly. But more importantly without fuss he and his colleague refitted the front bumper on the passengers side of my S class, which I'd manage to pull off due to driving onto a high curb. He also repaired a scuff mark on the rear bumper with great professionalism and ease, all done in less than an 45 min even do I just appeared on his forecourt without notice. The price he charged for the work was exceedingly reasonably, I couldn't have be more pleased, such a relief to find a mechanic that is honest hard working and professional, a real credit to his profession, thank you again Josef 👏

Masha Allah ( God has willed ) I have been going to car city care for few years and they are brilliant, trustworthy, boss Joseph very friendly,helpful and very fair with prices, Adrian who’s worked on my car very kind he allowed me once not paying as I did not have cash only had card he trusted me and two days later I returned with cash, he has done my full service, sensors, replaced my both Audi Q7 V12 Dpf’s very good professional job done, customer service all friendly staff, May Allah give Joseph more Barakat ( Blessings ) in his business. I went to this garage after I saw the reviews. I left my Ford Transit Custom 2019 in limp mode with turbo and dpf issues and the car was fixed in less than one day for a very good price. I have already drove the car for more than 500 miles and everything seems fine.

I had a car crash and my car was in pretty bad condition as shown by pictures 1A and 1B. The car looks exactly the same as it did before the crash as shown by pictures 2A and 2B. I am extremely impressed by the high quality work by them. Their staff is very polite and competent. I highly recommend Car City Care Ltd to anyone who needs to have bodywork done on their vehicle.

This garage is a vulture and liar. They hold my car for more than 3 months and I paid nearly £4k, however they didn't fix the issue properly but deceived me to drive the car away. Because the engine was not fixed properly, I had to dispose the car to a trader with a huge knock off. Completely wasted me 3 months time and £4k money.
Back in April my car broke down on A406, I had to tow it to a nearby garage, Car City, then my nightmare begun.
Firstly they took me £1k deposit to "start" the work. After one month, they told me it was the timing chain issue and quoted £4k. I had no choice but to agree, because my home is 40 miles away. In middle of June, they finally told me the car was "fixed".
In August, I tried to sell the car. The technician said the engine had abnormal noise related to the timing chain. I contacted Car City and drove the car back to them. They acknowledged that the noise was not right and assured me they will fix it.
After a month and numerous chase up, they told me it has been fixed. I made my way to London to collect the car. However I only drove 2 miles away the garage, the coolant low warning light was on. I did not think too much but just stopped at Tesco, topped up the coolant then drove on. After 20 miles, the coolant low warning light was on again. Now I knew something was wrong. I was just half way to home. I decided to top up and return to the garage at night. After I arrive at the garage (20 miles) I checked the coolant, it dropped from MAX to MIN again.
The next day, the garage called me, claimed that they have checked, did not find any issue, asked me to collect the car, and told me do not return the car as they are busy. I had to collect the car, what else can I do?
Once I got home, I went to a trader who buys cars. He check the car and told me that the engine still has abnormal noise. He also took a video to send to his colleague to verify. It was confirmed that the engine does not sound right. Hence they can only give me a much lower offer, which I had to accept because I cannot afford time and money to repair it, my insurance is expiring soon.
So after spending 3 months with Car City, they have got my money in their pocket, I got a faulty car in my hand. Yes, it is drivable, but it is not sellable now.

Had a really good experience! Large dent and paintwork repair done quickly and an excellent finish. The price was good, and they are the nicest and honest hard working people. I have only good things to say about them and will use them again when needed. Thank you again for such a great experience!
