j'ai fait l'acquisition d'un véhicule sur le site et en fait il cautionne un garage hollandais qui modifie les photos des véhicules pour les rendre plus vendables.
Malgré mes protestations et mon avertissement le site continue de vendre les épaves de ce garage.
je suis en train de constituer un dossier pour porter plaintes contre ces deux entités.

Attention! Scammers! I won Bentley gt 3 r at the Car & Classic auction. The history was deleted, a hidden car incident, defects, the condition of the car is poor. And what's even worse, after refusing to buy a car in such condition, it took several months to get the money back only with the help of lawyers, and not everyone has received it yet. Car & Classic and Tuned Imports organized a scam, be cautious. Car & Classic does not protect the client at all.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish when selling through the Car & Classic Auction. A really passionate team who treat the car as their own when assisting the vendor. The editorials are very well written, paired with excellent detailed photography, giving the car the best possible chance to achieve an optimal price. I had a great experience selling through Car & Classic. The process was very efficient. The communication with the team was excellent, the photographer was punctual, diligent and took a lot of really detailed quality pictures. Stay away, they are absolutely scammers!
Presenting the cars very well but they don’t take any responsibility for condition or if the car is stolen.
As soon as you transfer them the money you lost.
Took 25% on cancellation “terms & condition” and confirm they will try to sell the car to a different buyer!

Worst company to deal with.
Stay away.

I had a reasonable experience selling via Car & Classic. From first contact to completed sale was about 6 weeks. I found the support good and never had any issue with getting hold of anyone. Although you will always get some non-paying bidders, I went with C&C because they tend to attract more serious buyers with a lower risk of sales falling through. Once complete, the money arrived soon after the buyer confirmed receipt of the car.

However, buyers and sellers need to have their eyes open when using this platform and other similar ones. Buyers should make their own enquiries/inspections if the car is worth any significant amount - the photos are comprehensive and honest but obviously they will not show mechanical faults.

All C&C have to go on are the observations of the photographer (who is not a mechanic) and the seller's description of the car, which they then write up into the ad. By my observation the C&C ads tend to be on the optimistic side - personally I would prefer it if they were written in a more guarded manner. It might mean some cars selling for less, but if everyone in the car trade was more open about condition, restoration costs etc, everyone would benefit in the long run.

"I had a truly terrible experience with the Car and Classic Company. From the moment I walked into their showroom, it was clear that their customer service was lacking. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful, showing no interest in answering my questions or providing any assistance.

To make matters worse, the condition of the cars they had for sale was appalling. Many of them had visible damage, scratches, and even rust. It was clear that these vehicles were not properly maintained or cared for. I felt like I was browsing through a junkyard rather than a reputable car dealership.

When I finally found a car that seemed somewhat decent, the salesperson was pushy and tried to pressure me into making a hasty decision. They were more interested in closing a sale than ensuring my satisfaction as a customer.

As if the poor customer service and subpar vehicles weren't enough, the pricing was outrageous. The prices they quoted were way above market value for the condition of the cars. It was as if they were hoping to take advantage of unsuspecting customers who didn't know any better.

Overall, my experience with the Car and Classic Company was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a car to steer clear of this company. Their lack of professionalism, poor vehicle quality, and exorbitant prices make them an unreliable and undesirable choice in the market."
