My 30+ year old deck has been reborn. The pressure washing was completed in one day. Time for drying then the sanding and protective sealing work were completed. Arman accepted our small 2 day job to 'refresh' our aged deck and front door frame. I believe most contractors would have recommended replacing our entire deck and door, but he saw the potential of power washing, sanding and applying sealer to the decking and paint to the front door. We replaced the deck side privacy panels and the deck looks new again. Arman prices fairly and is very well organized and timely. Recommend 'Como Maintenace Services' highly. This company has done a variety of work for us over the last year or so. Their latest job was to refinish our garage floor. The previous epoxy finish was flaking off to the point that at least 20% of the floor was now bare concrete. Arman recommended a Polyaspartic finish. This is dramatically more durable than epoxy. Because our garage is precast concrete with a garage underneath our main garage, absolute waterproofing is critical. The new floor is simply beautiful and guaranteed for 10 years to not chip or otherwise deteriorate. We are truly delighted!

We hired Como Maintenance Services to look after our lawn for the past summer. We couldn’t be more pleased with this service. Arman did an excellent job with lawn mowing and edging. In addition we have a brick walkway in which the cracks between the bricks were frequently covered with weeds and ant hills. Arman suggested we have the walkway sealed. He did a great job. The walkway is like new. No more weeds or ant hills. The fall cleanup was well done. The outstanding item was the trimming and shaping of a large hydrangea tree which has never looked so good. Overall Arman did an excellent job with our property. We are very pleased to recommend Arman and Como Maintenance .

I originally hired this company to paint my exterior entrance doors and garage door trim. Trim for one of the garage doors required some repair. Trim on a lower door required serious repair. In the end, Arman did a major permanent repair of that lower door trim by overlaying lining it a custom cut sheet of PVC. It now not only looks terrific but is is also now completely snow proof (and even waterproof). As with his painting, he did a superb job at a very fair price. I subsequently hired him to clear the numerous branches encroaching my 1,400 ft. driveway. I had not even thought this was possible. The project was Arman's suggestion. I'm delighted with the results. Overall I am very pleased with everything this company has done for me. Arman is a true craftsman who thinks like an engineer. I encourage everyone who hires him to listen carefully to all of his suggestions. By following his suggestions, I got substantially better outcomes than I originally anticipated. This company is a real find! Integrity, craftsmanship and fair pricing. I will definitely hire them again!
