Dayco responded very promptly and attended site as a matter of urgency during a power outage. The electrician Terry was very knowledgeable and experienced. He went above and beyond to solve the problem, keeping the building manager updated throughout the weekend whilst sourcing the required part. I cannot rate Dayco highly enough for the service I received.

Having used Dayco since 2018 for a wide variety of projects, repairs, services, etc I have found them to be one of the most consistently top class maintenance contractors I have ever worked with. Usually as contractors expand, service levels drop, this has not been the case with Dayco and this is rare in the industry.
The team are helpful and always keep me updated on progress so I can inform my clients and residents accordingly. The reports are of good quality and always issued with photos of works completed.
In the very rare event of an issue with works (I have maybe had 2 out of the 508 - yes, I counted - jobs I have sent to them in the last 6 years) these are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
I recommend them to all my colleagues and Dayco have been my go to contractor for helping me succeed in my role as Property Manager.
