Stay well away from this company, once they have your money they don’t want to know about any warranty issues. I had bathroom refit with underfloor heating put in, when the thermostat failed I contacted them to come and fix only to be told it was the sub contractors responsibility, totally not when they (Dynamic) were paid for complete job.
Contacted numerous times, promised replacement would be sent (that was before Xmas) still waiting!!!! I even had arranged for my own electrician to come and fit at my expense . I have sent numerous emails since
Promised call back, still waiting. I have since went out and bought the new thermostat myself and forwarded the invoice on but they are not paying up.

I would like to thank Ross and his amazing team for all the excellent work they have done transforming my house.
This included installing a new kitchen, upgrading electrics, installing a new boiler and installing laminate flooring throughout.
Quality work done to a very high standard, highly skilled workmen who were all lovely people.
Highly recommended and would definitely use Dynamic again.
Thanks again to everyone, was an absolute pleasure.

Having had previous and broadly negative experiences with the building trade, we were very cautious in choosing Ross and Dynamic Property Services to undertake our build.

We needn’t have worried. From the outset, we agreed a plan and a price, however and uniquely, both the plan and the price were delivered - but so much more.

Ross takes a pride in his work unlike any other builder we have encountered. He did that special thing of under promising and always over delivering. His eye for detail is exceptional, and he is full of fun and imaginative ideas that turned a standard build info something exceptional. The finish, which is where most builders get bored and wane, was the highlight for us. It was to an incredible standard with small but important touches that made everything come to life.

From a personal perspective, Ross and his team are very trustworthy, they care about their reputation, and they let their work do the talking.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ross and DPS again and indeed many of our friends have found the same.

I would be happy to personally recommend his work and his company.

We had our bathroom ripped out and re done, and had a great experience with dynamic.

Everything from the first visit and planning the design to the communication and fitting was brilliant, couldn’t have asked for any better, we got exactly what we asked for. Would definitely recommend Ross and the team for any work needed. 10/10

Had an open plan extension done by dynamic, outdoor decking and a full kitchen fitting also. Very very happy with the job, very reasonably priced and professionally executed, such a brilliant bunch of lads the whole team are aswell.

Just had my house split from a 2 bed to a 3 bed by these guys. Was really worried about how much upheaval it was going to cause but Ross and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was moved, stored and protected properly! Knowing I was tight for time they worked extra hours at night and the weekend to get it done for the family coming home. Would not look past these guys!! Ps, my wife loves it and is currently waiting for the garden renovation next ha!

Dynamic helped us with a project involving cutting hatches in our ceiling to create more accessible storage space in a small attic. We wanted locks on them as we have children. There aren’t a lot of products out there like this, but Martin Rowse of Dynamic helped us find them. The team was punctual, polite and quick! All 5 hatches were done in a morning, we were gobsmacked. They even came out again to show us how to open and close them as my husband had missed the tutorial. I highly recommend these guys!

DPS recently installed our new bathroom and from our experience we found Ross and the team reliable, hardworking and evident that they take great pride in their work. Bathroom was completed to a high standard and good communication throughout the process. We have recently asked DPS to complete one or two smaller jobs all to a high standard. Would recommend to others.
