Delightfully easy and professional experience from start to finish. From contact to response time to job completion, it was all great. In particular, the installation team exceeded my expectations. They described clearly what they were going to do, did it quietly and quickly, and left things looking perfectly in place. It was a model of what all service and repair calls should be. I wish I could give this company a higher rating, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating. We requested gutter cleaning service in early October, hoping to get it done before winter. We were assured that the crew would come out soon, but after several weeks of waiting, we found ourselves caught in an endless cycle of promises and delays.

We followed up every couple of weeks, only to be told, “The crew will be there soon.” But “soon” never materialized into an actual service appointment. At no point did we receive a clear explanation for the delays or an apology for the inconvenience.

Now, with Christmas upon us and the weather colder, it’s safe to say that it’s too late for any gutter cleaning this season. The lack of communication and poor customer service has left us feeling completely let down.

I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability or timely work. The empty promises made it impossible to trust them to actually show up and get the job done. What should have been a simple task turned into a long, frustrating ordeal.

Eastern Gutterworks just replaced all my gutters. Heather in the office was great to work with and the two guys who came out to do the job were great, and asked question where needed. The company was very responsive to come out and fix one small change. They came in with the best of a few quotes. Thanks for a job well done!

These folks did my gutters this summer, with leaf guard, and the work was done very efficiently.
The end product looks great! What impressed me most was this fall, I noticed a small issue (one spot where the gutter overflowed a bit) - I sent them a photo and they came that same week to fix it for me. That really made my day, that they stand by their work and I didn't have to argue or beg them to come check it out. Thanks guys!!

This company did an excellent job with our gutters at a very reasonable price. They installed a good product which has stood the test of time and weather. Their crew showed up on time and worked steadily until the job was completed. A great group of people who worked well with a good camaraderie with each other as well as with us . It was a pleasure to have them on our property.
