Our journey started when I called the dealership and spoke to Jared about reserving a car that was being delivered. After a short trip to the dealership he took our name down and it was done. Today 9/16/2024 we took delivery of a new Acura Integra S. From the time we walked in to the time we drove away the entire staff helped us along the way. Complete transparency on financing, on features . Everything was broken down to our understanding. No pressure, no high pressure up sales. Ease and convenience throughout the entire process. Had appointment and they NEVER checked me in. Showed up at 9:10am for my appointment at 9:15am. I was told to sit in the lobby someone would be calling me up soon. I waited 45 mins and no one had called me. I went up to the front and I asked how much longer.. do I have to sign anything She asked who I was again and turns out she NEVER checked me in. Her excuse was “It’s a holiday weekend and everyone is trying to come and bring their car in.” I told her “The difference was I actually had appointment.” If I hadn’t gotten up and checked on things I’d still be sitting there now. I asked them “So now that so much time has gone by and other cars in front of me how long do you think this is going to take?” My guy said… “End of day.. like 5pm.” I made appointment at 9:15am and my car won’t be ready till 5pm Make that make sense!! This front desk is always disappointing. They Never communicate with each other there.

I wanted to come on here to say a BIG thank you to Brian Cass. He was hand down the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with. Not pushy and very patient. He made sure all my questions were answered and gave me all the information I needed. I didn’t feel rushed. Totally felt like he cared about helping me make the best choice for me. I truly appreciate his time and if I ever need another car I definitely would be using him. In finance Michael was also great. Fun to talk to and very easy going.
