Vanessa has been with us for 2 years now and I am blown away each time. We have been extremely busy this past winter and somehow every time she comes, our place looks like brand new again.
She’s so friendly with our dog, and when our kid is home she makes her feel comfortable and lets her just play and work around her. We are so thankful to have found a company we can trust.

Very disappointing experience despite high google reviews

Pro was good communication throughout but the team did not use their time efficiently. For a staging clean they completely left out all the widows claiming there was too much build up and not enough time. I was working within a budget so didn’t want to go over. But the cleaners were told to finish at a set time - that’s really messed up incentive system - why would they work hard knowing their work is ending at a certain cut off for the same amount of pay? Even the places they did have time to clean could have been done better. For the size of our house the time estimated was not reasonable. Will not be returning.

Price too high, not competitive I should have listened to my agent and researched more.

Edit: I see the detailed reply below thank you but my agent came to see the cleaning job the day after and shared the same thoughts as me. Your team did not deliver for the 500 plus taxes we paid. That’s the fact. I could send you pictures of the kitchen they “cleaned” but value delivered was absolutely subpar.

Highly recommend! We have been regular customers of Hire A Maid for a couple years now and are always happy with our cleanings. The admin staff are super helpful, friendly, and considerate, and they keep detailed notes regarding how we like our home cleaned, products we avoid, tricky areas, etc. We really appreciate that they assign you to a staff member so you don't need to give someone new a walkthrough every cleaning. (Our regular team member, Julia, is the absolute best!) I feel comfortable having their staff in my home and know that they will be respectful of me and my belongings. Thank you!

Hire A Maid is my first cleaning service but I doubt they can get better than this. They are very communicative in that they always make sure that you are fully informed. They have a standard for the way their cleaners interact with their clients and won't accept anything less. Their rates are fair and I am benefitting greatly from the service they provide.

Used them 2x in last few months. 1x was a full deep clean and the other was the basic package. Extremely happy with both services - excellent and highly recommend 10/10. Kerry (who I communicate the bookings with) is amazingly responsive and accommodating. Using again for a spring cleaning in a month or so.

Hire A Maid did a free cleaning through Cleaning For a Reason. We are so grateful for their assistance during a very difficult time. Cerise was so thorough, quiet, detail-oriented and careful. The house smelled so fresh after. We were hesitant as we had never used a cleaning service before but we will definitely do so in the future as it was convenient and relieved a huge stress.

So far so good! I've only used them once but I am going to use them on a regular basis. I'm pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness but Tiphanie did an amazing job and I was so happy to have a clean home that I didn't have to do myself which gave me more time to do other things!
