In 2021 I moved to my new home and needed landscaping service and after interviewing several companies, I landed on Imagine and after speaking with Aaron, decided his price and design and demeanor would be a good fit for us.

He team was professional, clean, and worked very hard to make sure the yard was ready. We paid on time, and even increased our landscaping to include an extra back yard feature around our stone patio.

All of this came with a guarantee/warranty on the plants, sod and work. Which, at the time, I thought was not going to be needed because of how great the job was. Aaron had assured me that if something had happened to the sod or the plants, Imagine would be back to fix it, so long as we watered and took care of the lawn as directed, which I did.

As you can see in the first 6 photos, the yard looked great by end Sept 2. So great, I had a few other friends and neighbors who were moving to Winnipeg who would have used Imagine this year but our after purchase experience has been terrible. The other photos are from mid-May 22. While the grass has greened-up there are still several dead spots.

I have tired emailing, Facebook Messaging, calling, but no response from Aaron or the Imagine team to come assess the the sod and the dead plants. The phone line always rings to a dead msg system, no response or acknowledgement via email or Facebook.

I can't express how disappointed we are with the warranty part of this purchase, because the set up was very good. I was even going to buy more soil for our garden from Imagine but not now.

If you are looking for landscaping, I would not go with Imagine. I would find a larger and more reliable company for your landscaping needs who actually can help post purchase.

Aaron did a fantastic job! Our entire backyard needed to be re-graded, re-sodded, and we asked for a large brick patio to be built. All of the work was done extremely well, and even though there were a ton of rainy days during the job, he was always willing to adjust his schedule and make it work. Great service and great product. Would highly recommend. He clearly enjoys what he does, and takes the time to make sure all the smallest details were done properly.

Aaron and his team did an exceptional job on our yard. We were in a new development with no prior landscaping. Aaron met us at our house and worked with us and provided great suggestions on directions to take for various rock layouts, sod, trees and shrubs. The finished product was exactly what we hoped for! Two weeks later, our grass and trees are already looking amazing!

His team was very professional and showed up exactly on time. They even worked through the rain and into the night to get the job done. Aaron even came back the following day to touch up some spots. He and his team went above and beyond and would recommend Imagine Lawns and Landscaping to anyone!

We had our backyard fully re-graded and re-sodded by Aaron this summer, as well as a large brick patio installed. The yard presented particular challenges, as much of it had previously under a large above-ground pool, causing much of the soil to be hard packed and very difficult to work with. Despite the difficulties, Aaron really did an amazing job that I didn’t think was possible.

It’s been a few months now and our yard is absolutely amazing. The sod is also incredible, and I liked that he took a lot of care in laying every piece precisely. I was given very detailed instructions on watering and maintaining the lawn which made it very easy for us to keep the grass healthy and root properly. I used to hate looking out into the backyard, but now we spend a ton of time out there. I would 100% recommend Imagine to anyone who needs landscaping done.

Also, I didn’t even mention that he was very reasonably priced! Super positive experience in every way. Thanks for the fantastic yard, and for the working through the giant area of packed clay that was basically like concrete! It was also really satisfying watching the brickwork get done. Great job!

We want to thank Aaron for doing our Spring cleanup.It involved power taking mowing and bagging. He was all alone doing this large job and then had 3 more homes to do afterwards. Such a pleasant young man. We will have him again. Our neighbour couldn’t believe it when she saw him do our yard by himself!! Again, our thanks!!

After not hearing back from other landscape companies I was able to get in touch with Aaron at Imagine. He set an appointment very quickly (despite the very busy season) to do an estimate for granite, sod and patio prep for our new lot he also gave advice on what would work or not. We were under a time crunch to get the front yard completed for developer deadlines. Aaron was able to adjust schedules and work within other jobs get the front done in time for us. His team is very respectful of the property and take care to do a professional install, they are also very informative and accommodating. The finished yard looks great, I would not hesitate to recommend Imagine to any of my friends or family looking for a landscaping company.
