AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I had a simple oil leak and no other problems with the car when I took it there. They kept the car nearly entire week, I’ve paid £500, when I collected it engine light came on next day so I returned to the garage guy literally laughed in my face and said now I need to pay £1200 for the new manifold claiming this is nothing to do with them digging into my ending (I winded what’s the chance of this happening next day!) Few days later I found a massive 1 meter paddle of oil under my car so once again I had to waste time to go there to leave my car and waste money on taxis. Once again I was told that is now fixed, the oil is still leaking and the engine light is now on!!!! AVOID !!!!!

I’ve had a nightmare dealing with official Mercedes-Benz UK customer service and servicing. So I tried Klasse and what a change! Really quick communications (WhatsApp and email), lots of short notice availability, transparency on pricing (including pre-work quotes), cheaper than Mercedes servicing and they even offered to drop me back home while they were doing the work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GARAGE, I HAVE LEFT MY CAR THERE SO THEY CAN FIX MY MY ENGING COOLANT, INSTEAD THE OWNER TOOK MY CAR FOR A DRIVE AND CRASHED THE BACK OF MY CAR WHICH HAS LEFT MY BACK BUMPER HANGING OFF. THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR CAR WHILST IS IN THE GARAGE AND ABUSE IT

Amazing service from Steve and team at Klasse. Completely honest and great value. Highly recommended from a 1994 E320 w124 owner. Ps. steve really knows his stuff... inspection from another mechanic (before taking it Klasse) was a blocked fuel pump. Steve identified it as coil issue within minutes of hearing the engine!

I've had my car repaired, serviced, road assistance and MOT at Klasse of Fulham for many years and I cannot praise them enough. They always make sure they are available for even small issues. The service is superb and not at a silly cost. If you want your Mercedes looked after, you have found the right place. Update: today I had a flashing light in on the dashboard, took it to Klasse and fixed in minutes. I don't know was wrong but literally sorted in 5 minutes. Best service ever.
