I submitted a review yesterday which I deleted after management responded indicating that they were not responsible for the systematic plumbing issue in our multi-family complex. Myself and others are told we need to live with a loud door slamming bang in the wall behind the toilet. Maintain Mechanical suggested that they acted as a 3rd party or consultant in the matter, when in fact, Hoover Mechanical which is affiliated with Maintain completed the installation. After many months of waiting for a response, Maintain indicated the sounds were normal and no action would be taken. I sent a text message to the technician who assured me the situation would be resolved. I thanked him for wasting my time and questioned my confidence that he would implement a solution. In retaliation to my review, Management went so far as to accuse me of verbally abusing the technician by text!! This company is deceitful . They complete the plumbing in a lot of multi-family complexes. Be aware if you are looking to purchase Multi-family in Calgary

I recently had my air conditioner installed by Maintain Mechanical, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their service was top-notch.

Wyatt and the team at Maintain Mechanical have been amazing to work with. I’ve used them to replace my hot water tank and to address some issues with my furnace.All times the work was timely, very well done and for an extremely fair price. I’m not a handy person so end up relying on what I’m told. Wyatt is someone you can trust, and has guided me a couple times away from costly unnecessary work that was quoted by other companies. Jason was at my home today to change all my bathroom shower/tub/sink fixtures.
He was on time, pleasant, efficient and left everything clean and spotless!
I haven’t received my full bill yet, but Kevin at Maintain set everything up and explained their deposit policy and what it covered. He was always fast at responding to emails and was very helpful.
