I had a weird wobbly vibrating gear shift stick when I am driving. They had a look at it and came back to me before the end of the day. No problem found and no charge. Very reassuring feed back and top notch service. The inside garage looks very clean, bonus points!

Took my car last year to have it checked for clutch.

I assume the worse as family and friends advised I needed a new clutch due to the smell and stiffness of the clutch when pressed during driving.

The English gentleman was kind honest and for coming but taking 5 minutes of his time to explain how the clutch works and what exactly I was doing wrong during driving and stopping at traffic lights.

Since then I have had little trouble with the clutch.

Last week my car broke down outside the shop by the traffic lights. I had forgotten to turn the lights off of the car so the battery drained.

I visited the store and asked for help and offered £20 -£40 rather than call recovery or have my car towed to a garage.

The Caribbean gentle man at the office was understanding and explained that their insurance does Not cover them to work outside the garage.

I explained my dilemma again and insisted I just need a jump start nothing more or less for 3 minutes.

The supervisor was kind and helped by sending Kimani a mechanic who walked to the car outside the garage and help start the car again.

He was also kind to explain and show how the car lights work and why I should not be using my full lights.

Kimani also refused to take any money and asked me to pray for him ( Allah Yahdeek).

I forcefully bought the shop guys drinks and chocolate.

I have not used their services with money but have been pleased and humbled by their honesty, calm and helpful attitude.

I had timing system changed and found out with next oil change that my wheels arms and engine cover was not mount back properly as engine cover dismounted while driving.
As well with time my turbo charger air hose dismounted it self while driving and currenly my engine air filter hose has broken connection.
A lot of things which came out after service at a place

I can't recommend this mechanic highly enough! After breaking down and needing recovery from AA due to clutch issues, Cel made room for me to bring my car in immediately. To my surprise and relief, a few hours later, I received a call saying my car was fixed. I was bracing myself for a hefty bill for a new clutch, but it turned out to be a much simpler repair. Cel didn't take any payment from me and even checked my engine management light for free. He takes the time to explain everything clearly. Honest and efficient – highly recommend!
