Very satisfied! The work was very neatly done and clean up was excellent. What impressed me most was the responsiveness. The work happened when I was told it would happen and calls and emails occurred when I was told they would as well. Hard to find that kind of reliability among the trades these days. Price was reasonable and exactly what I was quoted.

5 star professional service from the initial estimate to the completed install. We got the 5” seamless gutters with the leaf guard system. The flip up hinges make it easy to lift the downspout out of the way when cutting the grass. Communication via email was fast and easy.

Our eaves were in bad shape, so we called North Shore Eavestroughing. Darren had said they were a bit busy, so it may be a couple of weeks before he could get to us. We were OK with that. BUT... We received a call two days later, saying it could be done 🙂 With in the day, the eaves on our house were replaced (better than before) and the eaves on our garage were cleaned and gutter guards were installed. The guys at North Shore are very professional, and courteous. I would recommend them to any one looking for eaves replacement or repair. Their work is Superior!

Darren and John were very prompt, professional and meticulous in their work. It was obvious they wanted to ensure we were satisfied with the work before they left the job site. No questions (and I had lots!) were too trivial for them to answer. It is obvious they are all about customer service and quality workmanship. The T Rex leaf guards and heavy gauge eavestroughs they installed look great and should hold up for many years to come. They also hooked up a rain diverter for our rain barrel. We would definitely recommend North Shore Eavestroughing to our friends!

From initial contact with Darren to completion of our eavestroughing repair and re-install, everything was handled well and professionally done. We haven't had much rain since the job was completed but I'm confident that things were done properly as Darren explained all that he did.
