Amazing. I can't recommend Peter Cox highly enough. We just moved into a new house that needs a complete renovation and one of the issues was damp. Gary came out to survey the whole house to determine whereabouts the damp was and what kind. Result was penetrating damp in both upstairs bedrooms. Colin came out to fix the damp, he had to take down both affected walls and put up DPC. Our quote included everything removal of rubbish, DPC, electrics and new walls and plastering. The price was good as the work was excellent. They were also very tidy/clean workers and friendly. Both Gary and Colin went over and above for us, were fantastic throughout the process. Would hire again.

I have contact them to let them treat woodworm because on my home report came up I had woodworm,so they say to treat is 200 plus vat, after I have paid they say I have to send them a copy of the home report to show I had woodworm before an agent was coming to the house, so I have send a copy and after he came to the house he said I have left all the board from the loft because he said we are to expensive to do that we will charge over 1000 just to do that and another 600 plus vat on the invoice to treat the woodworm,so I said to them but why you charge me 200 plus vat for something already was saying to the home report, he said don’t worry that will be deducted on the 600, so guys who ever read this don’t call them because there is other companies they give free valuation and from me to pay them over 600 and told me to get joiner to left the board, I go some1 else done for £80 fully certified and got a certificate for the treatment,so guys save money and don’t let them rep you off
