Reliable was paid over $1500 to clean our house and windows before moving in. The results were incredibly disappointing. 3 cleaners spent 3 hours in the house. The inside of the closets were full of dirt and hair and appeared to have not even been touched, they didn’t bring a ladder or stool so couldn’t clean anything above them, and worst of all they broke one of our island light fixtures which we are now unable to find a matching replacement for. They did offer a small refund but this was still a complete waste of money. The one bright spot is the person that came to clean the windows did a great job! Will not be using or recommending this company ever again.

I hired Reliable Cleaning and their Window Cleaning services for a "full deep clean" of a house ($1000) and to clean the interior of the windows($500). I wanted the house to be sparkling clean when my daughter and son-in-law moved in. Reliable scheduled their window cleaners for 12 noon and the house cleaners for 4 pm.  On the scheduled day, I received a call at 8:15 a.m. from the window cleaners.  They are at the house. I told them they were scheduled for noon. They said that they were told to be at the house at 8 am.  I rush to get dressed, leave my cooked breakfast to waste on my kitchen table, and drive to the house. I called Reliable. They told me me that they had left a message on my phone telling me that they were coming at 8 a.m. Message What business would make a change to a scheduled time without first receiving approval from the customer?  On a positive note, the two young gentlemen who cleaned the inside of the windows did a fantastic job.
Later that morning, I received a text telling me that the cleaning service would be at the house at 12:30 p.m.  Their scheduled time was 4 pm, so I immediately replied that I could only accommodate them at 1:30 p.m.  Three people came to the house and were there for 3 hours.  Reliable states that their “team of skilled professionals possesses the initiative, industry knowledge, and experience to get the job done right,” so there should be no need for me to follow the team around to ensure that the house is being cleaned properly, but I should have followed them around because their work was far from being done right.
The kitchen sink and the pantry sink were not cleaned at all. The sink strainers in both sinks had food from the previous owners stuck to them.
The outside of the stainless steel fridge and the front of the stainless steel double ovens had been wiped but were left streaky. They should have been gleaming!  I will say that the lady who cleaned the inside of the fridge did a wonderful job.
The top of the kitchen cupboards hadn't been cleaned because they couldn't reach them.  Wouldn't a professional cleaner bring a step ladder with them when they come to “deep clean” a vacant house?
The inside of the closets in the master bedroom had not been cleaned. There was quite a collection of the previous owner's dirt and hair in them.
The upper shelves in the closets of the remaining bedrooms had not been wiped clean, which was probably because they couldn't reach them without the use of a step ladder.
There is a small bathroom on the main level.  The floor had dirt in the corners, and there were strands of hair in the vanity drawer. The bathroom sink was not cleaned either.
There are 3 glass pendant lights over the kitchen island and  5 matching glass pendant lights in the dining room.  They broke one of the glass pendants over the kitchen island. Needless to say, I advised them not to continue cleaning the others, and I cleaned these myself.  My bill was reduced by $100 as a result of the breakage.  To date, my daughter and son-in-law have had no success finding a matching replacement, and they may have to replace all 3 pendant lights over the kitchen island.  Shayne did say to let him know if the cost for replacement was over $100 and he would reimburse the full cost of replacement.  I hope that he is true to his word.
I called Shayne and told him about the areas that they missed cleaning, and he said that they would come back and clean them. I said this was not an option, and he reduced my bill by $150.00.
Reliable Cleaning states “We take pride in offering our top-notch cleaning services to you. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to provide you with our exceptional cleaning services, including window and deep cleaning of the house.”
I paid $750 for 3 hours of so-called “full deep cleaning." Reliable’s deep clean services were far from being top-notch or exceptional. In my opinion, I paid way too much for their sub-standard work. I am extremely disappointed, cannot recommend them, and I will never hire them again.

Very dedicated, gets the jobs done and goes above and beyond what is needed.. they put time and all their heart into what they are cleaning. They will even take more time if needed to get the job done !

I had Reliable come and clean my house they did what I ask them to do and they did extra work they are great bunch of cleaners I will have them again and very friendly with my dog she starting to like them but normally she doesn't like people so over all very punctual and well worth it I will have them again 😊
