Daniel was great to work with. We did a fairly large renovation in the backyard. As can be expected with any renovation there were a few uncontrollable bumps in the road with weather and product deficiencies. However Daniel and his team were always very eager to make sure we got the best service and help us through the process. Thank you !

I truly had a terrible experience with Straight Edge lawn Care . From the start, communication was poor, and they were consistently late for appointments. When the work finally began, it was clear they were rushing through the job without paying attention to detail. The lawn was unevenly mowed with patches of grass left untouched.

To make matters worse, they left a mess behind, with debris scattered across my yard. I tried reaching out to address these issues, but their customer service was unresponsive and dismissive. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of work and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable landscaping services. I can almost 100% guarantee that they will also respond to my review saying that “i never tried to reach out” or “im not in their data base” but just know it is a lie. They will do anything to avoid bad reviews. Avoid at all costs!!!!

The work that has been done at my place has been worth the price, there been the odd spot missed or the eves not put back on but nothing to bad. Where my issue has been is communication, there has been a few times I need to reach them and no one picks up the phone at the listed number the one time I sent a request and got a call from a different number saying he was the other owner was nice and apologized and dealt with my first issue. But I have now been calling since July 28th, I sent emails, I’ve sent request and texts and nothing back. One of the times I submitted a request to give them more work and nothing and now my house is sold so trying to cancel service and nothing. So it is very frustrating
